Sweet pea

The sweet pea is the white or colored flower of a climbing plant native to southern Italy. The butterfly-shaped petals reveal a very delicate, sweet, honey-tinged characteristic scent that can be found in honeysuckle or an orange blossom without marked floral facets. The sweet pea is a silent flower and it is therefore impossible to extract its scent directly. By mixing different ingredients, Francis Kurkdjian has recreated the smell of the white sweet pea, the most fragrant of all: a fresh and sweet floral note, slightly honeyed and delicately powdery.
